I want to also take this time to expressly state this site in
no way condone real child abusers, nor is the information posted here meant to harass or intimidate anyone in public service
in doing their job, to really help families and persons in need of social service help.
It has come to our attention that some readers find the chain
of events documented on this site, are some how fabriciated, i.e. not true!
We want to serve notice that the events described herein this
site are
All TRUE! Including the names and pictures of the violators.
We where and are still shocked as to what happened to our family!

We didn’t
believe a trusted doctor would call in false medical and child abuse reports.

We didn’t
believe administrative judges or case workers without any state recognized license as social workers could take possession
of our children, make unnecessary medical decisions and appointments!

We didn’t
believe administrative judges or case workers without any state recognized license as "social workers" would place
our child in a homeless shelter, when both parents are alive and well!

We didn’t
believe "case workers" of "child protective services" and the local police department had the power to break into our
home, search it, take possession and change our door locks!

We didn’t
believe after paying the court filing fee, following all the rules of the Federal court, securing 14 certificates of default
against the defendants for not answering, that our case would be thrown out by a "operations analyst" of the district, without
a "jury trial."

We didn’t
believe filing a civil lawsuit in Federal court would be thrown out without a jury trial.

We didn't
believe the clerks of a "Federal" court could steal filing fees!
The information and documentation of events being shared herein,
is for the purpose of venting our frustration over being violated by the violators mention by name, as so called "public servants."
To serve "Public Notice" of how certain persons, have and continue to abuse their positions of
public service and to expose the named persons responsible for causing our family pain and suffering!
