This documents three years of banging and banging
and more banging at our front door by case workers of "The Administration for Children Services," known
as "ACS" along with City of New York housing authority station called Police Service Area #4 ("PSA
4") and police officers of "The City of New York Police Department," of the 7th and 9th
precinct, over a unwarranted FORCED teen clinic appointment!

Marilyn Melgar, Nicole Bristol, case
workers of “ACS,” brought along with them, The City of New York, Police Department “Swat
Teams,” armed with electric tasers, batons, mace, nine millimeter guns, hand cuff’s and “door rammers.”
These bullies
threatened to use a door rammer, if my son did not open the door!
What would you do if your parents were
not around, your home alone, you look out the peephole, see a full team of men in riot gear with helmets and a door
rammer! knowing they have guns and are known to use them!
Here are some photos of unidentified police
officers heard kicking, banging and twisting our door knob. "ACS" case workers are at our front door with NYPD enforcement,
based on unverified child abuse and medical neglect claims.
These case workers and police officers of the
7th and 9th precinct stations showed up at all hours of the day, afternoon, evening and wee hours of the morning,
banging! kicking! shouting! harassing our neighobors inquiring about our whereabouts.
This, is their verison of
"Force Family Social Services!"
Mind you we are not on parole or probation!
"ACS" case
worker "Marilyn Melgar" continued this farce!
Because I sued her colleagues, "Kevin Richards"
Family Court judges, Knipps, Jurow and others.
There
are no children under the age of 17 living or visiting our apartment ever in need of medical attention. Wow!

Marilyn Melgar, for 14 months called "NYPD"
officers to our apartment to force a clinic appointment, upon my healthy son and have his mother (me) locked up
for not allowing this sick form of unecessary medical compliance to appease an agency she works, for, called
"The Adminstration for Children Services," known as "ACS."
We do not know "Kevin Richards," "Marilyn Melgar," or
anyone from "The Adminstration for Children Services" also known as, "ACS."
By their very psychotic, sporadic behaviors,
we do not care to know them.
I know as a family what we would like to
do to them for harassing and stalking us!
What's the real deal? Maybe its because
I sued her colleagues, "Kevin Richards" and judge "Susan Knipps."
My teens have not made any complaints nor are
there any children living or visiting at our apartment, that are in need of medical care.
This is just to secure their jobs that are in jeopardy,
due to budget cuts! hmmm!
Are they hunting for clients (customers)?
